Host is good but car is awful. Makes a lot of loud and unusual noises. Also, steering wheel keeps shaking. Radio doesn’t work and it had check engine light. Not comfortable at all. I drove it only for very short distances because I didn’t feel safe in it. I was worried it would break down.

I take vehicle safety seriously and would have addressed any concern immediately. I regularly maintain my cars and always offer a replacement vehicle at the same price when needed. Clear communication during the rental would have allowed me to resolve this in real time.
