The break should be fixed
Hey Shooq! Thank you for your feedback, we always take it seriously. Right after your trip the car was fully inspected by our mechanic and everything checked out perfectly with the brakes. The car was also rented shortly before your trip with no issues reported. We also tried to reach out to better understand your experience and were available whenever you needed us.
