Car quality and pickup location were good. Host however, lacked empathy and seems to only care about ratings. I informed the host about a sharp object protruding from driver door handle that sliced my finger open and she never even apologized. Only said that she wasn’t aware of the object.
I’m sorry if you got the impression that I didn’t care about your injury. Text messages car make it difficult to communicate properly sometimes. I simply wanted to help by offering you another vehicle or make any needed repairs as soon as possible. We will certainly fix whatever needs fixing. We inspect all our cars before each trip but sometimes things show up during trips and we don’t get to them until the car returns. Once again, I hope you are well and definitely care about your well being.
