Beautiful car, they were super responsive upon initial rental, told me they would give me the code 1 hour before — I had to reach out multiple times to get the code. Would not answer phone at all, finally got a message 5 min before pickup time.
Then got the wrong address in the messages — messaged to confirm it, was told that it was correct and spent an over walking around a 99 degree parking garage with no car in sight. Tried calling 3x and messaged them — was told it was there when I finally got a response and then finally got a message saying we were told the wrong location.
Car was beautiful and drove well, but check engine light came on within an hour of using it. Didn’t seem to cause any issues, but concerning overall.
