I would not recommend renting from this host.

After the first vehicle had issues, the host provided a replacement vehicle that was also unacceptable. The replacement car had roaches inside, and I took photos as proof. No customer should be given a swap vehicle with insects in it and be expected to just accept that as normal.

The replacement vehicle also raised concerns because the overall condition did not feel properly maintained or cleaned. Instead of taking accountability, the host became hostile, called me a fraud, and used the phrase “people like you,” which I found offensive and inappropriate.

On top of that, the host changed the return location, creating unnecessary travel and inconvenience. The whole experience showed poor service, poor vehicle standards, and no accountability.

Rent from this host at your own risk.

Lovely car! Only only issue was truly the dial of volume and upper mirror I think a screw has to be replaced because the mirror kept coming down on me.

And the usb is the old one not new one!

The vehicle nice an economical from the start. But almost immediately we encountered issues with the vehicle constantly advising to service airbag.

After seeing the reviews we figured the host was aware of the issue and should have had it serviced by now.

On the third day of having the rental, the veh8cle suddenly would not start. We advised the host we were here on work purposes and needed the vehicle maintenanced and if he could help us trouble shoot the problem.

The host did offer to assist and e en exchange the vehicle. But he never showed up that day and we had to Uber to and from work.

The second day he advised me that he would be by in the morning and asked what time we had to be at work.

Again, he failed to meet with us at our hotel where the vehcile had been parked and could not wait and needed to get to work. Again, had to Uber.

I later got a call from Konstantine asking why we did not advise him we had to be at work so early and why did I contact Turo Support.

He was real quick to then show up to the hotel to assess the problem.

But by that time Turo had already canceled our trip and booked us another vehicle.

To start I had to wait 20 minutes to get in contact with the host to get the code for the lock box which had the key, id try to call and message through Turo and could not get in contact with him. I had to call Turo support.
The car had issues from the 3rd day of the trip, the car turned off completely while I was driving I had to switch the key on and off to get it started again, I messaged the host about it and was left on read. No reply. A couple days later the car had a flat tire and of course there was no spare in the car. On the final night that we had the car the parking brake would engage while driving a cause an annoying chime that would not stop unless you pulled over and engaged and then disengaged the parking brake. Overall the car did not feel safe, and I feel like the owner did a terrible job of communicating.
