MULTIPLE SAFETY ISSUES WITH HIS CAR! SLOW RESPONSE TIMES. We had to put air in the tire a couple times before HE asked us to take HIS car to a tire shop to get it repaired
I’m sorry you experienced issues during the trip. Safety is very important to me, which is why the vehicle passed inspection shortly before your reservation and again immediately after the trip.
Regarding the tire, as soon as I was informed mid trip. I directed you to a tire shop. The tire left in the vehicle confirmed there was a nail in the tire which unfortunately can happen during normal road use.
No issues were identified during either inspection.

Horrible experience, rented the car for 3 days drove it for 3 hours and the rear tire exploded!! Do to the carelessness of the host and the poor upkeep of the tires from the host. Almost lost my life with my family in the car. I have no idea how Turo would allow such poor upkeep, especially on a car with unlimited miles trips! If u value your life or those of the loved one u think about driving around don’t rent this car! Some ones gonna end up died renting a car from this host and they’re carelessness!!

This vehicle is routinely inspected and maintained, including tire checks prior to each trip, and had no known issues at the start of your rental. Tire failures can occur unexpectedly due to road hazards or external factors beyond a host’s control.
