Car pick up and drop off was easy as can be communication with Shelley and Bill was excellent. They were always prompt with a reply and an answer to my questions. They worked with me on swapping out vehicles when my luggage requirements exceeded the capacity of my original car can’t thank them enough for saving me and making my trip to Key West thoroughly enjoyable.
