I booked this thinking I was gonna be picked up at the terminal like all other airports and then I booked this at last minute. And when I did, I asked if I would be picked up and then they gave me this whole instruction manual as if I was traveling to another country to go and get the car. It was worse than trying to rent a car because at least with the car rental, they have shuttles.

Stuart, we’re sorry pickup was frustrating. Turo’s agreement with FLL prohibits terminal curbside pickups and returns. Cypress Garage is an approved location, and we must follow these rules. We explained the garage pickup process and parking fee before your arrival and provided directions and key-access instructions. These instructions were intended to help you locate the car. We understand you expected terminal service, but we cannot provide a handoff the airport prohibits.
