The car - 5 stars, communication from the host - 1 star. I had to contact customer service because at the time of my pick up I still haven't heard from the host at all. No pick up location, no update on license approval, no response to multiple messages. Very inconvenient and unprofessional. Ended up getting response that car is being on the way late due to traffic... the car was clean , need improvement on prompt responses. Time is money.

The car has been in a accident on the drivers side so the paint was dull and blurry doesn’t really shine but otherwise it’s a nice fast convertible
