I would like Turo to give me a better selection of cars to choose from keyphobe in Audi I just rented did not work good car was old and Lately only selection I get is old cars not satisfied .

I have only ever had great experiences with Turo unfortunately, this was not one of them. I got into the vehicle and attempted to turn it on and it was not turning on, so I told the host that the key fob was not working and the vehicle would not start. The host just told me that the key was in the vehicle, so I had to google how to get the car to work with a dead key fob and finally turned it on. When I turned it on there were about 3 warnings that the safety features for the vehicle were not working and the seat belt on the passenger side was not working either when we attempted to put it on. I immediately called Turo support to get a refund and they connected me with the host and he said he did not have another vehicle and if I wanted a refund I would need to go through Turo support. Turo support said that they could not cancel until the host picked up the vehicle and I had to communicate with him and he had to notify me when he picked it up. The host was unresponsive and I had to do another Turo support call. This whole experience was awful and I would never recommend this host.

Nice weekend car. Electrical issues with the center panel/dashboard.
Mmi needed a system update and there is no check engine light on the dash. Very unaware renter.

Electric issues, Bluetooth was turning off frequently. Host is very responsive. He went the extra mile with his service.
