Had a little Oopsie in the beginning the car was booted, but they took care of it really fast and brought me a new car . It was clean and enjoyed the car.

I have used this app quite a few times before, and I have never I miselected a drop off time. So I have never paid an extension time for a vehicle. Nor have I ever paid a time to parking. This was very disappointing.
Thank you for your review. It is the customer’s responsibility to select the vehicle return time, as we are unable to make changes since Turo handles all billing matters.
Regarding parking, the instructions were clearly included in the welcome message. You took over an hour and a half to pick up the vehicle, which resulted in an airport parking fee being charged.
if you are running late, you should notify us so we can arrange a later drop-off time and help avoid additional charges. Thank You
