The car was as expected however slightly dirty upon pickup mostly in the trunk area. The car itself was nice however I personally didn’t care for the steering wheel, which can’t be controlled by the Host. The host parked the car in the long term lot leading to a $10 fee to get the car from the lot while he asked that I park in the short term lot. In the long run if the host had other vehicles to rent, I would rent from him again.

Thank you for the feedback, Robert. The Short-Term Garage was full at drop-off, so the vehicle was placed in the Long-Term Garage, and parking fees were disclosed in the pickup instructions. I also communicated consistently through the Turo app, though I received limited responses until pickup. I appreciate the cleanliness feedback and will give the trunk additional attention going forward. Thank you again for renting!
