Overall great experience but the car was a little shaky while driving, also I was kind of upset I had to pay so much to exit out the parking garage it means the car was there the day before my trip started. Other than that everything was great

easy peasy!! I normally use hertz or something along those lines for a car rental, and always have a headache of a time. I will ALWAYS use Turo.
This pick up was so easy. Got off the plane, went to short term parking, and car was right there ready to go with the key in the lock box. No waiting, no extra fees, no hassle. Just boom, ready to go. Car was perfectly clean, drove nice and smooth. Just a simple car which was all I needed. Dropped off quite literally in the exact location, key back in lock box, and off home I went. Can’t complain about a thing, thanks yall!
