Despite a rocky start with having to switch vehicles the same day, the host’s customer service was truly top tier. They handled the situation professionally, stayed responsive, and made sure I was taken care of quickly. The Tesla itself was clean, smooth, and exactly what I expected once everything was sorted out.
What stood out most was their communication and willingness to resolve the issue without hesitation. Things don’t always go perfectly, what matters is how it’s handled, and they handled it well.
I would absolutely rent from them again.

Not very responsive. 3rd party app charges extra fees/limits usability.

although the car quality was good, the original pickup point at the airport was not met from the host side. Had take take a separate 25 min ride. Also for the dropoff point they were not able to make accomodations to make it so I can leave at airport.
