This is my second time renting with this company! Their communication was top tier and the car was very clean. Will book again!

My experience with this rental was extremely disappointing. The vehicle was excessively hot from the first day, and despite reporting the issue immediately, nothing was done to address it. I contacted customer support multiple times and was repeatedly told someone would follow up, but no one ever did. On the final day, the company shut off the vehicle remotely before I was even able to return it, leaving me without a functioning car. The lack of responsiveness and the way the situation was handled was unacceptable.

Was told one car then got a diffrent one. Communication was horrible, exterior of car was dirty, inside looked like there was dog hair. The AC wouldn’t cool down throughout the day, would not recommend
