Fob in car died and was told if the car wasn’t returned asap for his next rental he would call the cops and report stolen after being stranded for 4 hours and I’m diabetic
The customer refused to bring the car back on time and stopped responding to me and Toro. The car ended up being 3 days late, and we had to have it towed because he left it on the side of the road and did not contact Turo Roadside Assistance for any help. Yes, I did state that if he does not bring the car back then we would have to report it stolen. The customer did not reach out to a support or Roadside Assistance for the key fob, which he should have done.

Very friendly host, made everything way easier than I thought it was. Nice car perfect for small trips with only a few people. I will definitely use him and his car again!!!
