The car was excellent for the 2 of us! The pickup instructions were not clear and it took a few more minutes to find the vehicle.

You received free valet service just outside of the main entrance of Phoenix Gateway Mesa Airport (AZA) in the peer to peer car share lane with pictures, and a pin 📍 on a map as to our exact location. Please let us know how we can improve on this service.
Overall the car was fine as my husband and I had to last minute choose this, but over the course of the week it was frustration after frustration. The pickup location is inconvenient as it’s located within a mini airport terminal, and it was up to me to pay the fee without knowing so ahead of time, and so I have to hope that Turo will do the refund.
On top of that, it was clear that the car wasn’t topped off with gas nor were the tires filled to the appropriate PSI level before my trip.
The wireless charging station kills your phone as it overheats it, and the cigarette port does not work with the car charger what so ever.
To add on just in case, this vehicle does not come with a physical key and it is only in your Apple wallet. If your phone doesn’t have service you do not have access to the car, whether it’s the trunk, unlocking the car, or even starting it in its entirety.
While I understand that this car was a last minute choice, for the price paid I had high expectations. It gets you from point A-B and the renter is communicative, and I’m sure the other vehicles are great.

False. Guest didn't upload DL info in time to receive parking credit.
Claim: Vehicle wasn't topped off.
False: Photographic evidence of a full tank.
Claim: Tires didn't have proper PSI.
False: Guest took trip to west coast. Change in alt. and temp.
Claim: Digital key won't work without network
False: Digital key works off of NFC, NO NETWORK NEEDED.

False: Degraded customer's equipment.
