The car was in amazing condition and drove wonderfully. The host was very easy to work with and had the vehicle ready to go when i arrived. I had such an easy time with drop off. As a first time Turo user, this was an easy, fun, amazing quality experience.

It was fine, only 1 issue and it resolved itself
Guest was involved in a minor collision. Its always unfortunate when a someone is in an accident. We were able to assist the guest and provide them with options moving forward.
