I’ve rented 4 vehicles from Jake and the experience was good until this last one. The blinker lights up front weren’t working and there was a lot of back and forth about a refund for the following day which was confusing since this was a safety issue. Overall I did end the trip early and got refunded. 5 stars for the guy who works in office and does all the checking in. Good work!

Good car, but it is old, and there are some quick fixes made to the car; whic chipping and lifting throughout the trip. The interior smelled nice, but the seats had many holes and the car aesthetically needs more attention; inside and outside.

We took your review into consideration and had the car professionally touched up to address the paint chips and overall appearance. We appreciate your input and will continue making improvements!
