I’ve rented 4 vehicles from Jake and the experience was good until this last one. The blinker lights up front weren’t working and there was a lot of back and forth about a refund for the following day which was confusing since this was a safety issue. Overall I did end the trip early and got refunded. 5 stars for the guy who works in office and does all the checking in. Good work!

Thank you for the feedback and for the kind words about our team. The issue reported during the trip was a failed front turn signal bulb, which can unfortunately occur unexpectedly. We had the bulb replaced as soon as the trip ended to ensure the vehicle was ready for the next guest. We appreciate your understanding and your continued business after renting from us several times.
