We went to get the car around 5:30 PM. Got the keys to the car want to start the car unfortunately the car had a dead battery. It was promptly changed by the host
and we were on our way.. after driving the car a little while on the highway we noticed the car either had a slight vibration or pulling. We think it might be needing an alignment or a tire problem with the car. We continue on our trip and everything worked fine, except just the alignment or tire issues.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the dead battery at pickup and are glad we were able to replace it promptly so you could continue your trip. The Hyundai Accent is a small economy vehicle, so road feel, tire noise, and normal road imperfections can be more noticeable than in a larger vehicle. We appreciate you bringing the vibration/pulling concern to our attention and will keep an eye on it. We’re glad to hear the vehicle otherwise performed well throughout your trip.
