Car had scratches and rips interior and exterior and got no replies when sending them pictures of the condition. Additionally, I did not get the car on full I got it right in between 3/4 and full. about an 1/8 away from full and got charged the full price of filling it up to full $10 for the “inconvenience”. I don’t even care about the money it’s the fact that they charged me over an 1/8 difference. Even enterprise or any big corporation would’ve let that slide, which is why I did not stop at the gas station to fill 1 or 2 gallons. However I was charged to fill up the whole vehicle. Will never book with this group again. I disputed the charge, sent them pics of the odometer, and they still charged my card saying Turo would deal with it. Unbelievable.
Marvin is being vindictive because we charged him for refueling. He brought the car back about 1/4 lower than he got it, and then was upset for being billed for it. Our record on customer service and providing a positive customer experience speaks for itself.
No smoking allowed
