Very descriptive instructions given to find the car in the parking garage. I have never been to the Phoenix airport, so that was incredibly helpful to have step by step instructions with pictures!

Pick-up and drop-off were great and easy. The car itself wasn’t in the best shape, but I think that was reflected in the price. I do think the car needs servicing as it felt as though the bottom was going to fall out every time I hit the slightest bump. It’s an older car, so not too surprising.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
