The host did not car when I told him the car sways in the back - very rude

Guest stated an issue with the vehicle after a day. She requested another vehicle which was not available. I instructed her to contact Turo Support to report the issue and return the vehicle. She refused and drove another 100 miles. She did not contact Support but proceeded to write a less than favorable review. I notified Support explaining situation. Vehicle was inspected and found no issues. Damage report was not filed. Guest violated terms of service due to false and retaliatory review.
Needed a car for one day while I’m car is in the shop. This was a wonderful car. The host responded very fast when I had a question. Dry nice car and great on gas that was a plus. Didn’t have to drive far for pick up and drop off. Would definitely rent again.
