booked this vehicle for a entire week. picked it up, had the vehicle for 11hrs completely fine until……ended up on a tow truck due to sensor issues in the motor which allowed it to abruptly stutter, jerk,
This was an unfortunate situation for the guest. However, we did offer a newer model vehicle to swap the guest into for later that morning, as well as an Uber reimbursement, but she declined the replacement vehicle. Interestingly, the Passat started and was drivable later that morning as well, so unsure why it happened.
