Easy pick up and great host. Car was everything we needed for the trip!

The car worked ok. Inside windshield had a dirty film on it which impaired vision at times. Disappointed to be hot with an immediate $30 parking charge at pickup because host didn't properly manage timing of car pickup. It's obvious the host is either understaffed or incompetent for timely scheduling. The car was dropped off an entire day ahead of schedule and placed in the most expensive parking lot (short term) even though it was only a 3 minute walk to a much cheaper, long term lot. We won't be renting from this host again.

Regarding parking, the $35 fee was disclosed in the first automated message sent immediately after booking. We stage vehicles ahead of time to ensure they’re ready for guests, especially during busy periods.
