Warning if you are picking up at the airport. Unlike every other Turo that I have renteds at Boise and even in other cities, this is the first time Ive had to pay the full price of a parking fee. Normally owners drop the car off an hour of two before your pickup time, not the say before. They are running a fleet of rentals so are worried about efficiency and ease for them, unfortunately at the literal expense of the customer.
Thank you for your feedback. Within minutes of booking all our vehicles, guests receive a welcoming message that clearly states there potentially could be a parking garage fee up to $35 (variables are dependent on guest's flight times etc., not just host convenience). We strive to provide convenience of short term parking access to our guests, and if there are any concerns, they are more than welcome to cancel or make other arrangements to avoid the fees in the first 24 hours of their booking.
