The quality of the car was great. However, the car was not cleaned properly. The windows were dirty, and there was a leftover takeout box of food under the seat. Crumbs on the seat dust on the dash and the exterior looked like it had been cleaned a week ago. However, the directions for pick up and return or simple and easy to follow.
