Car smelled like cigarettes

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience during your rental. A previous guest left a cigarette odor, and despite tumbler sessions and detailing, we couldn’t fully remove it. Older car, but still a great ride and comfort.

The car is old but still very nice. It has an extra rear-facing row that sits two kids, which is very cool. My only major complaint is that the driver's floor mat kept getting stuck in weird positions (scrunched up, etc), which was a little concerning. The only other issues were the car constantly warning about a battery fuse needing replacement, and Turo Go wouldn't work at the beginning (but one of Miguel's team unlocked it for me).

That fuse was already replaced and Turo is working with Tesla to get their communications protocols working properly.
