This host advertised the car as a hybrid but not a hybrid plug-in. The gas tank was full but the battery had not been charged. That was rude and a huge inconvenience as we were ready to go out of town. I didn't have hours to charge the battery. The car got poor gas mileage (97 miles used nearly 1/2 tank). I called Turo to do a car swap and the host started going ballistic. She refused to accept the car back and end the trip. I had to call Turo and get them to end the trip. She lied claimed nothing was wrong with the car, etc., according to OnStar. She was very rude tried to gaslight me and speak to me as if I was slow and couldn't calculate the mpg the car was getting. Also, during her prattle I learned she had a personal tracker on the car that she failed to notify me of before the trip which is against Turo policy. There is something mechanically wrong with the car, as it shouldn't be using that much gas. With gas prices as high as they are, I refuse to drive a car that has mechanical issues, especially ones causing it to drink too much gas. Furthermore, I refuse to deal with rude and devious hosts.

This appears to be a misunderstanding of how a plug-in hybrid vehicle functions rather than an actual vehicle issue.
