My pickup time was 7 am I was told to wait until 7:30, when I arrived I had to wait an additional 30 mins. The reason I was told is because the vehicle I booked was not safe to drive. They then told me I was being upgraded to a better car which was a small Toyota Corolla. The brakes made sounds every time I pressed them and I was late for my events. I was told I had two extra hours for the inconvenience but was charged extra still. I do not recommend.
