At the time of booking., you were sent a message with instructions along with “how to” videos so that you would be familiar with the vehicle and make the trip effortlessly. You were also provided phone numbers for the team. The model you rented is a long range battery. Charging to a full battery for this model is only suggested while actively on a long distance trip. We definitely hate that you elected not take advantage of the vast resources that you were provided to make your trip a success.
