There was an unexpected vehicle switch, as I was originally supposed to receive a 2023 Kia, which I would have preferred because I’m not comfortable driving older vehicles. Although the replacement car drove well, it had a noticeable marijuana smell that I did not appreciate. Unfortunately, I didn’t have another option. However, the staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. I was traveling alone with two babies, and the gentlemen helped carry my children’s car seats and load our luggage into the trunk, which I truly appreciated. Overall, the hospitality was amazing, but the experience would have been much better if I had received the vehicle I originally reserved.
