Smelled like weed dispute efforts with air fresheners
We’re sorry your experience didn’t meet expectations. The vehicle was professionally cleaned and inspected before your trip, and no odor issues were present. We do wish this had been communicated during the rental so we could’ve addressed it immediately. Communication is important to us, and unfortunately we received no messages regarding this concern. As a small family business, we work hard to provide clean vehicles and great service to every guest.
