Will never rent from them again. Took me out of one rental to charge me more money and not to mention the car sounded like it need brakes and rotors. You could hear me coming from China 😒. Put your cars in the shop before renting them out…and put hubcaps on your other cars nobody wants to drive something that looks like a lemon
I apologize for you experience in our car. We let you do a one day rental because you stated you could not afford our 3 day minimum. We also responded that if you did not like the vehicle to bring it back and we would exchange it for you. You drove all around and and it looks like the car was able to achieve your daily need. Please give us the opportunity to be of service again we believe in 5 star service. You were the first to complain on this car. Again we apologize

Overall, my experience with this car rental was decent. The booking process was smooth, pickup was quick, and Phillip was professional and helpful. The vehicle was clean on the inside and looked well-maintained on the outside .
However, during the drive, I noticed an issue that made the trip just a little uncomfortable. The brakes especially around the back passenger side felt like they might be wearing out, and the car had a noticeable snagging or jerking sensation throughout the ride. Which was concerning.
I’d recommend that the Phillip take a closer look at the vehicle maintenance, particularly the braking system, to ensure a safer and more reliable experience for customers. Otherwise I enjoy my trip and got there and back safe .
