The pickup process was easy, and accessing the key was straightforward. However, I experienced several issues with the vehicle during my rental.
The horn did not work at all, which was a significant safety concern. I also noticed that the check engine light was on and a low tire pressure warning appeared. I notified the host about these issues and was told the vehicle had been checked beforehand. When I raised concerns about the horn, I did not feel the issue was adequately addressed, although I was asked to take the vehicle to a mechanic for inspection.
Additionally, the vehicle would occasionally jerk while driving, and there was a noticeable knocking sound whenever the air conditioning was running. While the car ultimately got me where I needed to go, these mechanical concerns affected my overall experience and comfort with the vehicle.
I appreciate the host making the vehicle available, and the pickup process was convenient. However, response times were often lengthy, and the condition of the vehicle left me uncomfortable. Due to these issues, I would not choose to rent this vehicle again.

Unfortunately, I did not receive further updates needed to arrange help. The vehicle is now being checked so future guests do not experience these concerns.
