Car broke down on us the last day of renting. Host was no help at all!
We had to tow the vehicle back to our location. We never had an issue with this car before. The host was understandably upset and roadside assistance was provided. Later we realized that that the radiator presented an issue and it's been fixed.
We did our best to assist and we will continue doing our best keeping high standards for our vehicles.
