The pick up went well, yet the car smells of some sort(maybe a pet or long term Cuban cigar amoke) there was some items left in the trunk(didn't belong to me, but I did ask the host if they wanted me to discard it, due to the strict two hundred fifty dollar cleaning fee, that I didn't want to be responsible for. Other that that the car is in great condition. I wouldn't book this car again(personally)
Andrea if it was a problem with smell way didn’t you say anything before pulling off?? And i personally clean my vehicles all 8 of them it was no smell if so why didn’t you call me I would have swapped it. And as far as the items you threw away 25 in computer monitor that I could have charged you for why didn’t you call instead of throwing valuable items away? Please stop getting host vehicle driving them then complaining after the fact smh have a good day!

Host had me pick up the vehicle late ( 30 minutes past the scheduled pick up time) Car had a very foul smell, when I messaged the host she told me "Again if you are not happy u can return it 🙂 by keeping it means it was driveable " which has nothing to do with smell. I also asked would I get a discount because she threw us behind by us having to pick the car up late
Clarissa I called to let you know I would be 1 hour late due to a flat tire which it was only 30 min. You immediately start asking for a discount I explained no discount. Then you complained again the car had a foul odor. Ms. Clarissa I just cleaned the vehicle 5 min before if there was a FOUL odor foul I would have smelled it knowing guest complain then you ask for another discount I said no that when I mentioned if you are unhappy…and you said ok very nice. The host is rude. Truly thought she would be able to take advantage of me. Had me traveling to a location undisclosed on turo. Changed my pick up time by an hour and also did disclose it in the app. As well as making false alligations against me to make extra money. The car was ok not even a few miles into my trip the car notified me of it needing a oil change soon as well as began to hesitate. For the owner to do such a great detailing before and after every trip there was more dirt then it should've been for a detailed car. And she called me to be sure i stopped at a car was to avoid a 250 fee for cleaning.

I am truly sorry you feel this way. To correct this comment you booked 25 miles out for delivery it clearly states 10 mile radius and you was okay with pickup. No problem at all you said. I have spoke to you 2x I was extremely pleasant like my guest have notated in comments below. Would you rent from a rude host🤷🏽♀️you was okay until I charged for the cigarette burn in front seat a big one it sat on seat. You denied before and after pic🤷🏽♀️case closed! So please don’t bash host.
