The car definitely could have been cleaned better as there was a lot of pet hair all through out the car, which I don’t have any.., and the key fob doesn’t work either.. that was really annoying..
the customer service was fantastic though.

The some of the car functions didn’t work. Speakers are blown, horn doesn’t work, outlets don’t work, steering wheel functions on the left side don’t work.

Car was great on gas mileage with easy pick up and drop off. I do wish host would have communicated that key fob was not working and that to access fuel door you needed to do so manually through the trunk. Otherwise, I had no problems with the car.
