Responsive host - we were locked out of the car and he got us back in remotely in less than 10 minutes. He also sent us a phone key and that basically solved our access issue. However, we can’t give a higher rating because the car was dirty and in poor maintenance condition. The panel between the front and back passenger window was broken and so was the driver seat. We had to give the interior a solid cleaning before using the car.
