The car was clean, and we had no issues throughout the trip. Pickup and drop-off were very easy. We had a wonderful trip—thank you!

The host cancelled out BMW X3 rental with 11 minutes to go. They put us in a Toyota Corolla as a comp but didn’t bother to adjust the daily rate until I called and asked about it. They were cagey and wouldn’t tell me what would happen next. I called and messaged multiple times over the next few days until CS finally called back. Only after pressing them for an adjustment did they agree. We shall see if the adjustment happens. The communication was awful and the ability to extend a rental for additional days should not be allowed by Turo if the vehicle has already been promised and paid by another.
