Raj is incredibly nice and was very responsive. Pick-up and drop-off were very uncomplicated. When we picked it up there was a certain weed-ish smell and the tire pressure was off, but after airing it out and adjusting the tire pressure it was a smooth ride. The car is very comfortable and nice to drive, but be aware that when going uphill it loses some power and slows down quite a bit. All in all a good deal, especially if you drive economically a full tank goes a long way.
