Cleanliness of vehicles was an issue. Vehicle also had parental controls altering the speed enabled throughout the ride that was not advertised in the vehicle’s description, leaving my family in some unsafe situations when merging onto a highway or attempting to pass a tractor trailer. When we asked the host to disable the feature because of the safety issues, he claimed he couldn’t control it. Had it been advertised as having this control, we would have selected a different vehicle. This is my first, and hopefully only, bad experience with a host. He did seem like a nice person, though.
