Be sure to treat our car as if it were your own when renting with TURO. Please consider the following guidelines for each rental. Failure to do so could result in extra charges… and nobody likes that! -NO PETS. Out of respect for the experience of other renters, please do not allow pets inside the car during your trip. -GAS UP. Please return the car with the amount of fuel you received. If not, per Turo policy, the cost to replace the missing fuel plus a $10* convenience fee will apply. -NO SMOKING / VAPING. Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited and may result in additional fees and account restrictions. Significant cleaning, including spills, smells, and smoke, will incur an additional cleaning fee. -RUNNING LATE? Return the car on time to avoid a late fee (30 minute grace period is provided by TURO). Please modify your return time if you are more than 30 minutes late.   • Where is the Pickup Location?

    The pickup location is listed in the app on the trip details page with your reservation details.

  • What Does Contactless Pickup / Return Mean?

    I do all of my key exchanges contactless, meaning I am not there at the time of vehicle pickup. This makes my pickup and return times very flexible and convenient for you!

  • Are Pets Allowed in the Vehicle?

    Out of respect for the experience of other renters, please do not allow pets inside the car during your trip.

  • How Does Communication with the Host Work?

    Turo does require all communication to be held in the Turo app and we do ask that you please adhere to this policy. It is IMPORTANT that you download the Turo app and turn notifications on, otherwise you will miss important pieces of instruction for vehicle pickup.

  • Do I Need to Clean the Vehicle Before Return?

    All we ask is that you return the vehicle in the same condition you picked it up in. We expect you to take care of the vehicle as your own and appreciate the car to be tidy upon return.

  • How do Tolls Work? Do I Have to Pay for Tolls?

    Yes, as a renter you are responsible for all toll charges during your rental period. The car comes with a NTTA TollTag sticker allowing discounted tolls which are invoiced after the trip; we are not up-charging this. You will just be charged exactly what we are charged through the Toll Tag. Usually I will request toll reimbursement within 1 to 2 days, although this may take up to a week.

  • What if I am Running Late Returning the Vehicle?

    Return the car on time to avoid a late fee (30 minute grace period is provided by TURO). Please modify your return time if you are more than 30 minutes late. Send me a message if you need help with this!

  • What Documentation Do I Need to Rent the Vehicle?

    The only document you need is your physical valid driver license. Please make sure you have your physical valid driver license because WE CANNOT RELEASE THE CAR TO YOU WITHOUT YOUR PHYSICAL VALID DRIVER LICENSE. Please upload a picture of your valid driver license to the "Trip photos" section of this trip on Turo, as well.

  • What Type of Gas Does the Car Take? Do I Need to Fill Up the Gas Tank Before Return?

    Regular unleaded. We do ask that you fill the tank to the same level you received it at before return. If not, per Turo policy, the cost to replace the missing fuel plus a $10 convenience fee will apply.

  • How Do I Add an Additional Driver?

    Please contact Turo Customer Support as we cannot provide this support. You alone are the sole authorized driver of the vehicle. If you wish someone else to drive, you must pre-endorse that person on your reservation.

  • Can you Deliver the Vehicle?

    If you would like to your delivered to one of the major airports, please select that option when booking the vehicle. Additionally, we offer delivery to an address of your choice a $45 fee as long the delivery address is within a 5-mile radius of our location. You can put enter a delivery address when selecting your Pickup & Return option.

  • What if I Need Extra Mileage?

    We do offer an “Extra” where you can purchase more mileage, if you are going to go over mileage by a significant amount we do encourage you to purchase that extra. Otherwise, we do charge per mile over the allotted mileage, this charge varies depending on the car but you can find the details on the trip details page of the app.

  • Who can Pick Up the Vehicle?

    The only person that can pick up the car is you, the primary driver. We cannot release the car to anyone other than the primary driver.
