Car was okay but air conditioner was working well

Crystal, thank you for your feedback. Prior to your rental, the A/C was inspected and was blowing cold with no signs of any problems. After the vehicle was returned, I found that a hair extension had been pulled underneath the glove box and into the blower fan area, partially obstructing airflow 🤦🏻♂️. Once it was removed, the air conditioner returned to normal operation and is blowing cold. I appreciate you bringing it to my attention. I have confirmed everything works for future guests!
Completely disappointed. I didn't have a choice. I had paid my money and my trip was already planned. I would have given less than a star if I could. This car should not be rented to anyone. Too many issues. I expected more. I will never use Toro again.
