I rebooked this vehicle specifically to inspect the damage the host claimed I caused after my previous rental. Several hours after I returned the car, the host alleged there was a 5-inch scratch and submitted a repair estimate of nearly $700.
When I picked up the vehicle for the second rental, I found a strange paste-like substance covering the exact area where the alleged damage was claimed to be. After gently wiping it away, I could not locate any scratch or damage matching what had been reported.
This experience has seriously impacted my confidence in renting from this host. Based on what I personally observed, I have significant concerns about the damage claim and the way it was handled. I encourage future renters to thoroughly document the vehicle with detailed photos and videos before and after their trip.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend renting from this host.

A 5-6 inch clear coat damage occurred on the car during Donn’s 1st trip, clearly documented by before/after photos. Donn denied responsibility, ignored Turo-guided repair quote & provided no insurance details. A temporary repair was done out of pocket prior to her 2nd rental (buffing & applying wax/clear coat compound). The car wasn't returned with promised fuel on the 2nd trip. Donn’s claims don't align with evidence. Her past review from other host also reveals her record of improper returns.
