I tried to contact brian several times with no luck, I called I texted and I reached out through the Toro app. He never responded until the morning of pick up. He then gave me the address to a public parking lot in McKinney to pick up the car. Originally, I was only supposed to have the car for the afternoon, but I received a text from the app saying I could extend it at no additional charge through the next morning. I asked Brian he said OK. When I brought the car back in the morning, my car was towed. Apparently, in that parking lot that he chose, you cannot park overnight. this would have been good information prior to renting the car. And was one of my questions about where I could leave my car. This whole thing could’ve been avoided. Had he just responded to any one of the number of times I tried to contact him. This lack of communication cost me an extra $319.59 to get my car out of impound. Plus additional Uber rides to get around. I would not rent from Brian ever again because of his horrible lack of communication. I would recommend to any future renters to only rent from somebody that will communicate with them prior to the Rental starting.
