Shay helped us out a lot by letting us pick up the car earlier than we originally booked it for after we found out we had lost a loved one the night prior to picking it up for a trip we had planned to take our kids to camp and then go to Helen for the day. We were able to go to see family while our primary vehicle was in the shop prior to this and still were able to get out kids to camp and go have a little time to recharge after a very hard weekend thanks to his accomodations for us. It was very much appreciated.
