The host was great with communication. There was a problem with the car we booked, so the worked hard to get a replacement. The car itself drove and got us where we needed to be. However, the car was missing wiper blades, out of washer fluid, had multiple dents and scratches, and the front bumper piece was broke and barely hanging on. Luckily we only drove it to and from the airport, so it was fine.

The car was as described and worked well for driving around town. Communication with the hosts was also a good experience.

Everything with the Toyota Camry was great (including ride, cleanliness, and condition). There was only one issue. The driver's side door lock could only be unlocked manually. The auto lock button or remote did notwork on it. The problem could be as simple as a blown fuse. The rest of the door locks worked just fine. The issue was not significant enough to affect my rating. We enjoyed driving Hector's Toyota Camry and would definitely return as a customer.
