Everything was quick, easy, and smooth.

The car quality was great on the interior, but exterior not so great. Front bumper you could tell had super glue added to “repair” breaks, zip ties to hold the bumper on, and a crack in the bumper. Although renters take pictures, it’s these kinds of things that can be pinned on the current renters as if they caused damages they did not. I don’t like this at all.
The owners of this car were easy to work with, kind and understanding.

The host was great with communication. There was a problem with the car we booked, so the worked hard to get a replacement. The car itself drove and got us where we needed to be. However, the car was missing wiper blades, out of washer fluid, had multiple dents and scratches, and the front bumper piece was broke and barely hanging on. Luckily we only drove it to and from the airport, so it was fine.
