Car was clean and instructions were clear but ..... they charged me an extra $22 for time in the drop off parking area, so if you do rent make sure you put the exact time of arrival and drop off or no bueno! Also car had some rattle due to wheel well missing tabs.

I’m sorry your parking was paid in full. EXCEPT! Your flight was delayed- and you dropped off hours early. Which is why you had to pay for parking adjustments.
For YOUR late flight and YOUR hours early drop off outside of the pickup times and drop off times. That’s ALSO stated in my welcome message after booking.
Well only good thing was I didn’t have to cancel the trip or make other arrangements but it was far from enjoyable or pleased …..I didn’t get the car I paid for….it was switched out and told to me about the switch at arrival for pick up…the car I was given was smaller and gas drinking like no other and it was slow on the take off etc like overall felt like trans issues to me but the host was nice. Other then that very disappointed it what I thought I paid for vs what I got

The car you rented was in an accident on another trip. In lieu of cancellation you were swapped into another vehicle. You could have cancelled at any point. You also didn’t follow directions, were at the wrong pickup and drop off location and took up a lot of my valuable time directing you. The swap was out of my control, cancellation was always an option.
