Pick up location was convenient and went very smoothly. Great communication from the host, to continue to work with us and accommodate, an earlier drop off.
The car was relatively clean, but had quite a bit of minor body damage and some interior that we had to document when we picked up. It was still a good deal. We would work with this.Host again.

Interior could have used a cleaning and an air fresher. Little disappointed that I ws unable to extend my reservation for another day even though the car was listed as available 3 hours later. It really made things a lot more difficult as I wasn’t able to secure a ride from the drop off location to home.

The car is not in good shape, it sounds funny. When driving you know that it’s not in good condition. I managed it because I only had to drive to my job and return home.
